Faceted deep blue sapphire, hand-knotted on navy silk. An oversized matte gold-filled clasp with a scrolled heart set into it. Somehow it works. Sits at the collarbone. Wear it clasp-forward.
Named for my neighbour, whose husband gave her one very much like it. He has excellent taste. I took notes.
